We were honored to have Dr Lau Hon Wing, Daniel, specialist in general surgery and Dr Yau Tsz Kok, specialist in clinical oncology to present their professional views and latest information on breast cancer treatment. This insightful webinar was co-organized by CUHK EMBA Alumni Association and Evangel Hospital, and close to 100 participants attended the event. A special thank you to Charmaine Cheng (Class of 2008, President of EMBA Alumni Association) and Sylvia Wong (Class of 2022) for hosting the webinar.

Breast cancer is the most common cancer of women in Hong Kong. In 2019, there were 4,761 new cases of breast cancer, accounting for 27.4% of all new cancer cases in women in Hong Kong. Both Dr Lau and Dr Yau had reinforced and stressed the importance of regular breast check-up and screening to avoid delay treatment.
